Design Structure: Organizational structure represents the general framework under which the behavior is drawing all members of the organization, and there are many factors that the organizational structure of any organization which controls: Size of the organization. Financial position. Nature of the activity. The organization's objectives. The geographical spread of the organization. The type of technology used. The external environment of the organization. but the two most important factors are:1 - Size of organization:Reflects on the size of the organizational structure of the organization, the larger the small organization was a small organizational structure, but the difficulty is relatively large in the division process and identify the tasks and activities to be performed, while when the organization is large, the structure is large and the activities and the business will be more numerous and more diverse than leads to ease in the division of labor2 - Life cycle of organization :Where is influenced by the organizational structure of the institution and age Is it in their infancy or in development stage or decline organization is similar to the human being begins and ends her life make it possible demise.
