Limited Contract 2 yrs which is over & renewed the contract for next 2 yrs. As per UAE Labour Law wht will be the no. of day on Gratuity calculated?

Gratuity will be calculated on the base of number of days at the time of resign . (employee is eligible for gratuity only after 1 working year 365 days). & Gratuity will be calculate on last salary.
