On all days for5 minutes. On all weeks for30 minutes. In my experience experience lacked qualified ones they less adapt changes, whereas low qualified ones-with experience or not--they are more eager on learning new things. One part accept non monitory motivations well and other part purely monitory.  One gain practical experience more and the qualified ones grow with their egos50:50. Certain academically qualified hands surpass the correction stage and too late. Motivation works but not on all.-- and it is my personal opinion.
