Most often we are forced to change careers or paths, how does a 'jack of all trades' look to a recruiter? Is it good or bad?

A jack of all trades is someone who has done it all, understands the concepts of each career and its duties; but is a master at none.

The Key to this Dynamic world is adaptation. If we donot get what we want we make the best of what we have! The quicker we learn to adapt, the happier we are and those around us, this leads to personal and organizational growth. The ability to grasp is within all of us, we being the top of the creation, so all we need to do is tap the same to everyone's benefit. If we think and are convinced it looks good, then we can make the other person agree to our conviction. If we are doubtful, ofcourse we will loose the battle even without lifting a hand. The Key to success is belief in our abilities and evolve each day. The best example is Dubai which has changed completely in the past43 years. If the leadership was still doing what they did43 years ago, we would all be still riding camels!
