contributes to the corporate culture by planning - Dept.
Heads need staff who can contribute to their respective department, HR must be able to pinpoint good candidates who can deliver the responsibilities and support the entire team/dept.
creating - to create a corporate culture is to foresee the Company's competence among industries through hardworking manpower.
maintaining - since HR creates, HR must have the ability to maintain and sustain the Organisation from 'come and go' employees.
changing - HR has the power to change corporate culture through rules and laws of an establishment by serving as the middle man between the employer/s and the employees, HR must see to it that both benefit from the other.
