You look based on what matters to you

When weighing the job, location, and salary, look at your individual desires and your constraints. If you are single, you may be more willing to work in jobs or locations that are not ideal in the job term, but very lucrative and profitable in the short term. If you have a family, you will likely prioritize making enough for your family to survive first and then priortizing the location where your family can live safely which may or may not be in the same country where you are working. For me, I prioritize working in a career that offers me daily challenge, pays enough to support my family, in a country where my family can live in the same house.
