<p>i mean it when i ask this question ,, lot of expert poeple been applying for long time on this site and other sites and the employer just check there profile and refuse to hire them so what is going on..</p> <p>can some one answer my question.</p>
I think its very difficult for an employer to select or identify the best resource using bayt. I suggest there has to be a checklist box for employee to fill and this would act as a summary matrix where an employer just see and select.2ndly the "specialist" page of bayt is also limited and mostly employee having all required experience could not apply and a message appears "your application will automatically be rejected due to irrelevant experience"
