<p>The first impression a person would get about simultaneous interpreters is that they are going to spam the audience with fillers. Where does that come from? Insufficient background information? Hesitance?What else?</p>

For me both of them are important but if I did a chose I will say background knowledge because the costumer need a right information and right interpretation
