For selling any product its always important to do the need analysis of customer.
for this you need to listen the customer very carefully.
once you done with this you know what exactly what customer is looking for.
After this you need to match customer's requirement with your product.
try to tell each and everything very carefully explaining how the product fulfill all his requirement.
In between if customer ask anything do not ignore his question.
First answer that question and again continue from the point you where interrupted.
this will give a very good impact on customer and he will feel satisfied and happy.

First step is to know your customer requirements Ensure you know everything about the product you are selling Know your competitors pricing ,products pros and cons Treat the customer as a friend of yours and make the right recommendation even if it is not your product

Mostly peoples used old techniques of sales and marketing because customer knowhow about product but main point is that what is the customer demand, is he reach to the product and customer satisfaction about product as compared to the market price. So try to sell your smile, relation,friendship and create a win win situation as customer relation. If customer dont want that product but your personality will force him to think about that product. A good communication, relation always makes the customer happy without deal any product because in my point of view a good talk or communication creates more relations which is in touch with that customer.
