for me it should be honesty hard work, determination,foresightedness."Quality is never be an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere efforts, intelligent direction and skillful execution. It represents the wise choice of many alternative".
In a fast paced and dynamic business world I'm into, flexibility and focus would best play an important trait in order to make things happen and make it successful.
My choices are from #1 to #4. Sometimes for the #5.
1) energy and physical stamina. We should be energytic and healthy.
2) focus. Always think what we are doing to avoid accidents or etc
3) Sensitivity to others. We need to know what others are telling about you but it up to us if we accept it and make improvements or tolerate them.
4) Flexibility. We need to be flexible on our daily life. It up to us to make decision between importants or non importants.
5) Ability to tolerate conflict. Sometimes we need to disregard some conflicts but not always because you cannot change other behavior if you always tolerate them. Just make sure that it will not create more conflicts.
