Some people say that "you only preserve what you know and love"... that is the point! We need to give all the information about environmental issues like marine debris, air pollution, excessive consumption and waste, to create people aware to all these problems and start wanting to be involved in its solution. For me, this is the reason why peoples' awareness is so important for all environmental educators, we need people involved, people who want's to make the difference.
