What is the toughest part about being a pre-sales consultant?

according to my experience, the toughest part is convincing the customer that  my company product is the best in regards to the technical and cost basis.

also making the client aware about the product if the client has minimal knowledge about the product and gaining his/ her faith in the products that we supply.

to add on, negotiation seems to be a challenge at times
