Dear Rana,
when it come to Property Management you will find alot of challenges come on with this kind of management, as you dealing with more than one party starting from Tenants, Goverment Authority, Maintenace & Complains, Rent Collection and legal Cases, but from my point of view i feel the toughest part is when come to face a trouble maker clients and try to avoid go into legal action as its may take a little while to be sorted which make you lose every single day
i always try to solve any issue with trouble maker tenants in smoth way, that doesnt mean am aweak or i cant control but its seems the best way to deal with this kind of people,
