Yes, any company depends on Human Resources 

 

To clarify: 

 

Labor turnover is the biggest loss for the company in terms of costs and expertise where the company is losing its reputation as a result of labor turnover continuously and completely reversed whenever provide a work environment has become a survival of the employee for a period of longer than Helps reduce costs and job stability. 

 

 

Help the working environment on the survival of the employee for a longer period in the company will not be any increase in costs outside the framework of the budget.

Actually the employee is the company itself and not the computers or the doors or the cupboards. Even if you have the latest technology and premises with low level employees you will be bankrupt in few years. however, if you have a strong working team, they can give positive results and increase the company's profit and everything else will come later like premises or doors or computers...
