Interpersonal communication is .. "communication"   I need to answer your question correctly before I even try to answer it because it depends on what you mean by "communication" ... do you mean electronic/internet/web....  communication ?

Effective communication promotes mutual understanding, trust and confidence hence strengthened inter-personal relationships. 

A good communication required many skills, presentation including your body language , Language and word, and present of mind. Definitly communication influence inter-personal communication in many ways.

Communication skills involve the variety of ways in which you can communicate with people. These are important skills to have in a business setting. Interpersonal communication skills represent the way in which you use your communication skills to communicate with people. The way in which you communicate with people from your employees to the public can affect the bottom line of your business.
