It is going on real estate sector, where they have put their capital at start to build new cities, schools, hospitals with state of the art facilities and then sold to general public. They have generated their own economy, what ever product they introduce, the tenants are bound to take as of their status and because of local regulations.
The Telecom sectors also did this and they will do for next20 years as well.
Most economists say that the economy will continue to bump along in2014. Innovative companies with a great story will start putting their capital reserves to work to build their own economy. The economy grows when businesses grow. And, those with creativity and value will get tired of waiting for the so-called “economy” and will build their own environment to thrive. This will drive accelerated growth in the latter half of2014 to carry into a strong2015.
It is a human tendency to fight for survival and growth.
The innovative companies with products and services will develop strategies to create new markets, new customers through product positioning that meets the customers needs effectively, there by creating their own economy
