Hi Dana, In order to achieve your deadlines you should train yourself to be highly organized, a list of your current tasks with their deadlines might do the job, but you should write this list and keep it in front of you, look at it twice or three times a day, be sure that you're following up on your tasks on daily bases...
Objectives must be measured, you should prioritize them in order to get them achieved with the right result.

Hi Dana, I agree with kinda, prioritizing your tasks is the most important thing to be done, losing it will make it easier for you to keep tracking of it, always start with the task the has pre-requisite, for example if you need info from a colleague, send him a request then finish other tasks while waiting, it is also important to understand your tasks while prioritizing it, some tasks can be done in parallel, others can't be started unless other tasks are done.
You may need to use some tricks, for example; to avoid last minute delivery, do not expose the real deadline to your team, this will give you time buffer to avoid surprises, and if everything went smooth, this will give you and your team a credit toward the management/clients.
Smart delegation is also a key for meating deadline.
To meet the objectives, it is important to make sure you/your team understand these objectives clearly, and feel free to ask in case you have any doubt, spread this culture among your team members, assign your tasks carefully and avoid double resources for one single task.
Wish you luck :)
