Does working under pressure result in the failure of meeting deadlines?

Yes it can. A sub ordinate can always perform best once working with a leader and not only a manager.Pressure always comes from top and a leader is always a pipeline which only passes on a pressure which is only required to get the best output from his / her subordinate.

Not always. if you are expert in your work and feel easy with your work then you can manage the situation. but if you are not then it will lead to failure

I believe the reason of failure when working under pressure is how to handle the work load. Panic is the first mistake.  If you have an efficient way of working and prioritizing of tasks, you wouldn't have any problem.

Not at all. Working under pressure can be fun once you learn how to handle the tasks assigned to you and prioritize them. You will be amazed how much you can actually accomplish in such situations because you will not be working inside your comfort zone. You will have to be innovative and think outside the box to achieve the target.

Not always - pressure can come from unexpected / unplanned for events. Working under pressure can also come from misunderstanding the task initially.
