  • First and foremost thing you should do is to build trust.
  • Make Good First Impressions.
  • Dont come on too strong initially.
  • Introduce yourself and take your time to meet and get to know those you lead.
  • Be Open, Honest and Transparent.
  • Be clear in letting employees know what you expect from them, and what they can expect of you in return.
  • Give and take feedback.
  • Give it sometime and you will fit right in.
