Determine soft skill is very diffucult rather hard skill because manager deals the soft skills and it is related to divirsifield field as making decision, problem solution, organizational development and grievance management. Hard skill deals bottom level staff and it is easy what actually he or she is able to do.
I do agree with Saiful Islam, soft skills, or people skills, are much more difficult to identify and consequently measure.
