The usual approach recommends what follows:1) - Identify the possible causes of the reduction (Or bad) performance. (Accidents, events, traumas, relation trainer-sportsman... Etc.)2) - Determine the type(chap) of stress resulting from aroused causes (positive Stress or negative stress).3) - Manage the situation of stress (psychological Approach = manage the suffering, the apprehensions such as: the defeat, the public, the media, the family, the friends ...etc.  + Technical intervention: the work personalized by the mental assistant taking into account the practised sport, the sportsman, the objectives... Etc. = simple Relaxation, techniques of imaging, hypnosis...)This has been said to provide a better coverage(care), it is recommended to apply it individually on each case separatly.Kind regards
