First im not anti-women , but I would prefer to work for a man rather than a woman.

After I tried working with both , I think men can make decisions and give orders but women are hesitant about making a personal decision for fear of making a wrong one and sometimes they load some of their responsibility onto others.

on the Other hand , women are more driven than men in same time more likely than men to leave their jobs because they have a greater entrepreneurial spirit and are looking to find something better or start their own business.

The major difference between them are the way of approaching and leading their team based on physocological and natural disposition between both. Although they are able to achieved equal performance results. However, the obviousness is that both have different nature which will influence the work manner of each.

Yes and No, it depends on certain decisions and certain situations. Gender becomes irrelavant as personality type and maturity plays a big role. I have two managers one27 male and other50 female, both have driver personality and very competitive. They deliver almost same results at the end of day. The young male is often regarded as arrogant by his team wheres mature female is very likeable among her team. In my company, I have seen female managers struggling over male managers to give negative feedback or bad news like firing some one.

Men are from Mars and women from Venus!

Both genders have different personalities, and it is important to consider those aspects. However, a professional boss supercedes any genetically transferred personality traits.

Female or male bosses are pretty similar, but the real difference lies in the way they're perceived. It's about the balancing act between humanity and performance, between pushing hard and letting people go at their own pace. Essentially, female bosses have harder jobs.

There should not be as gender is no criterea or factor to evaluate their knowledge, skills, potential and desire for learning and developing.

it's all about the atitude , practically in some areas women bosses have lot of presure on them , they need to be tough in order not be judged . I guess they are equally can be good , but society and cultural aspects can have an effect on gender .

Yes, there are major difference between men and women as bosses. As what I have learned in my practicum/theory course, men are more approachable than women since most of the women are very precise and strict when it comes to work.

I can't say what differences if anything specific I found between having women or men as bosses.  I think it depends on the person.  Picking up on a vibe here though, I'd go so far as to say that, in general, men are more likely to break the rules, because they're very used to making the rules, and so don't mind breaking their own rules.  That probably goes back to childhood, little boys make rules to help themselves win games, then change them when they start losing.  Women, in general, follow the rules, for good or bad, on average.
