Who is the best manager? a male manager or a female manager?

As long as the person in the management is competent and knows how to handle situations practically, preferably having well rounded knowledge about the general aspects, the gender is irrelevant.

We always measure everyone by his/her quality. So it’s not an issue if you have a male or female manager as long as they have good professional and communication skills.

Its depends on who is a staff and what is a field. I would prefer male. Also there are competition between women in office
