I was working on a project where the stakeholders were particularly difficult, one of them happened to be a relative of a major stakeholder and was not particularly happy with a UI design element, I honestly believe my greatest achievement till date is doing the research necessary and convincing the stakeholder than the design choice was not user friendly which made it possible to change it to a more user friendly one.
