Both are different in real world. Project costing is about cost management of project.

Project costing involves detail estimate based on tender specification and drawings.

Project accountng is assigning WBS to each spend category and monitoring the budget over the life of the project

True costing is total cost of project & accounting is its real expenses

Project costing it is the cost of the project it self It is calculated according to the cost of feasible sq. or the cost of one square meter ofthe projectProject accounting : This is the actual cost of the project it is more accurate, used mainly in management, itincluded the cost of all stakeholders (cost of materials, cost of labor, the transport of the goods...)In a more simple way of saying the project accounting is a detailed project costing
