the percentage of waste taken into account when preparing the material needs of manufacturing jobs in steel for a particular job is different from one domain to another, for example: * Metal structural work: - about 10% of dechet without permission splicing.                                          - About 5% to8% if the splicing is allowed. * Boiler:  - can reach up to20% of waste (tank, silo ...)
