Yes, absolutely! 

In today's day and age, it makes more sense to create electronic newsletters since most people prefer to read it at their discretion and convenience. Making it electronic, enables the reader to access it at any time even while he/she is on the move. Nowadays, a person is more likely to open up the newsletter on their gadgets while on the move than physically carrying the newsletter around to read it at leisure.

I also believe strongly that in order to be environment-friendly, it makes sense to cut out paper.
