We have to differentiate between Quit & Fired?

Actual question was do we rehire the employee who quit? But we are commenting about termination situation. We have to be specific about our target answers. Thanks

Employees usually quit is when they find something better or they can no longer work for the employer.  They might be unsatified with the work enviroment or the pay. Being fired is when the employer no longer needs you. It can be for many reasons. They might believe that you dont fit the position well or they can no longer afford to employ you.

It is clear difference between Quitting the job and got fired from Job. One can have many reasons to quit like:

1.     Better job offer

2.     Not aligned with goals of organization and self-roadmap

3.     Pressure from job

This is great discussion, let us take it to next level.
