How can you manage to schedule work when faced with too many assignments?

When you are faced with too many assignments, it is better to keep track of the work that you have to do for that particular day.
You can keep the track on the outlook reminder or using the stick notes on your table.
That helps a lot to work, to remind of your next tasks.
Its all step by step process.
When you are planned, it is not much difficult to handle.

One of the most challenging work, yet if you succeed is very rewarding, is to work and do multi-tasking work.
With physical and mental limitations, you really have to do prioritization.
It will be of big help to you to talk to you boss/manger and ask him/her what he/she would like you to put as priority number one.
Manager/boss knows that you have lots of things to do, you have to turn the table around, let them choose.
It will also be a good test for you if you are good in "attention to detail"; you have keep notes, update your planner, update your contact list, etc...

Hi Samar,1-you must write all the categories you need to organize in one paper ,
2- then for each category you can arrange the tasks under this category by it's priority and the date you need to execute it,3-in your diary record for each day the tasks you need to make in this day,4-finally scratch every task you finish to feel success.

1st of all you have to determine your priorities, after that schedule each task separately to know the time schedule you need for each assignment .
Now you know your schedule, it is prefer to start with the high priority task with the shortest time schedule to have some progress in the beginning.

Divide your work in steps, first priority & time select your option means team Motivation when teams is perfect it will manage your time and work and you find out your desired result in acquired time.
do all your documentation during your work so every thing you will get in desired time and hopefully you will complete before your selected time.
