How would a professional sales man be better than an inexperienced marketing manager?

Professional sales man has the keys of sales which is ,customers, production, quality, priceing, and folowing the business environment

so i think inexperienced marketing manager dose not having the keys of sales

We can not make a good sales man in these circumstances because of the lack of equilibrium ideas which constitutes a defect in the system

the experienced sales man has knowledge of customer behavior and inexperienced marketing manager does not have that and sales man is closely related with direct dealing of customer so sales man is better
