Since we are talking about humans then why we ignore a human factor during CV writing and during the interviews? Can we focus on human factor instead?

Academic intstitutions main responsibility to focus to become a student as human being and it is a foundation that will be helpful his or her further life. I agree with you somewhat. In my organization, we focus on complete human being as an employee.
