Why does a successful software always depend on quality assurance?

because main quality assurance functionalities are:

1. insuring that software doesn't have bugs

2. insuring that software meets user requirements

3. insuring that software is in stable state and can handle load

4. also early defect tracking affects cost of the project for example detecting defect in requirements phase and fixing it may cost you1$ but detecting this bug after implementation phase ould cost you1000$ to fix it

Quality assurance - to be sure of the quality of the product.We need to ensure that there are no bugs and that the software works exactly like the client would expect it to work.

The Software Quality Assurance aims to enhance the product/software making procces to eleminate common faults and bugs in the resulting software , it is about elemenating the previous bugs from the future products ..
