If they are labors then they are right but they have also limit they cannot do the job of a professional like a labor can do a job just to use his body but to operate an airline is a captain job.

If they are Professionals then every professional has job limit and a Doctor cannot do an Engineer job.

So before selection there must be proper screening process to select the best candidate not to put burden on company budget to feed people without progress and profit

I think such kind of applicants are helpless. They need to enter in the company for getting job only. We should help such people, they are forced for that.

I believe they are highly skilled and adept to take on any job given to them.  They are the ones who are capable of multi-tasking.

I do not think because every one has some limitation to perform every task. It should not be wise every one knows everything.

Well one thing is for sure, they are risk takers. Going to a company without having knowledge of any openings is like going to a restaurant and ordering all the items on the menu and then picking one that will satisfy you after you've tasted all of them. I have had applicants coming in asking for any role to apply for. Yes they may be flexible in terms of their skills and adaptability, but I think the best approach for them is to look and ask first "Do you have an opening for (position that they want)?" If the answer is no, proper question would be "Do you have any other roles that may be suitable for my qualifications and skills?" Then hand over your CV so they can review it. This is better than saying "I am willing to learn and take up any role that you may have available". You are going to apply for a company, not a school.

I do appreciate it....

Because in my case, I can fit myself in H.R, admin, accounts or operations.... These are the main sectins in any firm.... But i would specify the emloyer that I am not able to tackle sales or marketing, bcs, I am sure that I can not hadle it....

See if you only can do some or more jobs, then only you propose it, other wise............ This candidatures are called MULTI PURPOSE.......
