What do you think about a best team for a successful task?

One should have a team of people, where Teddy, Turttle, Shark, Fox, Owl all these characterstics will be found. Without Turttle you can perform as a team and bring success but more thatn1 Sharks or  Fox will give you lot many unnecessary difficulties to get sucess easily.

So, my bottom line is succesful task of a team depends mostly on leader and on team structure.
