What are your (greatest) weaknesses/faults/shortcomings? This is a dangerous and underhanded question because they want you to take yourself out of the running for the job. Don't do their work for them. Always take the positive approach to a question like this. Identify something that is not unusual and that you have already fixed, or that can be viewed as a positive in the right situation, like this: Rather than say, "I am a busybody and I find myself chatting with others too long while they are trying to work," say instead "I am very interested in other people but that can be a distraction at work, so I have learned to socialize away from the office. Plus, I have found that I am quite good at customer service and sales because I relate well to other people."

Why you left your company ? as i consider it personal , becasue may be i have reasons which contains secrets about it , by sequence even if i reach up to hat my company but as human audit i MUSTN'T mention any secrets of it any way any how.

Leading by example:I had been asked this question in my interview of customer service manager. "Say, you have been selected for this position but we would like to listen, how you will manage the role of acting country head for a short period of time???"I was not really ready for this question, which really flushed me out from my usual flow of interview.
