training is important to enhance the knowledge of the employee and to teach them more about the job they are pursuing.

If planned to achieve the sought goals, personnel (trainers & tranees) are selected based on criteria to achieve the sought goals, and its results are assesed to ensure that the pre-agreed peroformance measures are either met or used to develop the process.

Every training requires periodic reflection of learnt items especially in terms of behavioral trainings. It is important to have cycles for a training as one training cannot change an individual immediately. It is important for the trainees to assess what he has learnt and review periodically. It will also help the trainer to assess trainees better.
