Thirst step: Run the Activity 

Second step: Discussion Session

1 - Ask trainees, what are the wonderful things that you have made? 

2 - Leave an opportunity for the trainees to think about the behaviors they have made during the execution of the activity (focus on two skills as max) 

3 - Discuss the negatives. 

4 - Discuss the pros. 

5 - Ask trainees about ideas for modifications or improvements required to gain better results (up to maximum of three ideas). 

6 - Evaluation of the ideas that were in the previous step and choose new ideas. 

7 - Ask trainees, how they can build a strategy for improvement? 

8 - At work (knowledge transfer), which has in the activities. 

9 - Application in work.

This term seems quite new but i am sure this method must be a combo of learning with doing concepts where participants are having hands on experience and this is why it is called Experiential learning.
