communicate the company’s expectations to employees with low self esteem. Define the job description and provide clear performance guidelines. And Explain such type of employees that you recognize their skills and acknowledge results when the employees meet or exceed performance.

Fix up a very informal meeting with such employee and ask open ended questions to know about their concepts on self-eteem and thereafter you should analyse the INPUTs to determine the reasons of their being low in self-esteem. Afterwards, make an action plan and effect an other meeting to discuss the issues already highlighted in first meeting and give suggestions/Tips linked with work-environment examples which may appeal to the individal as more ligical.
