Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Kuwait. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our banking products and services to potential customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the banking industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
  3. Promote and sell our banking products and services, including personal loans, credit cards, mortgages, and investment products.
  4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products, services, fees, and eligibility criteria.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
  8. Collaborate with other team members, including customer service representatives and product specialists, to provide a seamless customer experience.
  9. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using our CRM system.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure sales deals.
  5. Knowledge of banking products and services, including personal loans, credit cards, mortgages, and investment products.
  6. Ability to understand and explain complex financial concepts and terms to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  9. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  10. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
