Who is the best when it comes to work productivity, men or women, why?

I do not believe somebody asked this question! Every person has good and bad sides, weakness or streinghtness, doesn't matter man or woman!

MEN BCOZ MEN HAVING MUCH BODY POWER THAN FEMALS AND HAVING GOOD DECISIONS.

It is not about men or woman both can be productive & both cannot be, but it is about professionalism

Thanks for invitation. What matter here is not gender but capacity and adding of value. We also look at KATE. Knowledge, ability ,technicality and experience. Commitment is watch word.

I feel & believe to the fact that its all about a persons motive in their career, if someone is highly motivated to grow in their career, they will firstly concentrate on themselves and will bypass the competition with their peer. So it has nothing to do with gender, many a times you might have came across females with very high energy to deliver productivity and even across males who are sloppy.

Its all about MOTIVES!
