If your colleagues describe you as "dynamic and very active employee",what can you do to keep on healthy competition among cooperative team work?

First getting the notion out of my head and focusing on maintaining the organizational values.
Also make everyone in the team know that their contribution also made you who you are and that your success is their success as well you all put your differences aside.
In that sense your kicking jealousy out of the way and also maintaining your work ethics.

you must use some instruments to be in safe like gloves when you have blood from the patient and use mask to avoid absorb bad materials from the air and wash your hand after lab test and wash all the surface by soap and alchol to avoid contact with bacteria and viruses etc and make all your team do that

Being hyperactive is either your nature or your love for the job. So try to support others on their job don't think about jealously it will harm you and your relationship with others. People are not jealous of you personally rather jealous of your achievement. Don't take this personally and try to support others to achieve as you have achieved. If you take it personal it will harm your progress and you couldn't achieve next time in worst scenario you can loss job. Be positive to their attitude and try to support them genuinely. It will reward you back a and will bring you to a leadership position.

for me i will keep it by showing positive attitude towards work.
I ignore jealousy and always be happy, and i make sure that100 of my work is productive.
As a team member i make sure all of them are informed for what ever comments and new suggestions for the development of the team, specially to the boss, i will never made any actions without their consents.
That is why there is a team, if the team wins all members are winner if the team falls all members will learned from it.

by avoiding interpersonal / intrapersonal conflicts and sharing opportunities

Bringing out humor in an unhealthy environment kills a bad attitude is the best weapon and by following and proving in 'practice what you preach' with positive results.

Show my results and courage the heart of my team

Try to blend your competences with them and compliment the whole teams achievements not only yours. They know you and the things you can do so no feed your EGO.

by making team members realize that whatever one is doing is a result of the team effort, also when one perfoms actively it leads the whole team to achieve the goals.

 

Humility, morality and solidarity with the team and keep the starters success is the best solution if you are the owner of ideas.
