Which type of Marketing is often used in Oil & gas sector in GCC countries , Selling based -marketing or Educational based Marketing ?

When you are a marketer, you have to consider all possible options and not limit yourself to any single type of marketing. Exploring all possible avenues is the wise thing to do. 

I have no idea on the same.

I think both,but every one is possible
