Being in IT, we deal in machines so sometime we ignore 'human' part. We can are able to deal with any conceiveable IT issue, but to handle to people (our end users whose expectations are always high) becomes very difficult.
Hi - well, whatever is given if it is difficult than it can be learnt with, sometimes it becomes boring than we can always look for more advanced version of the domain, areas we have......and start doing something interesting like learn new technology.....
