What are the Steps To Faster Project Status Updates ?

Just ask, simple. In web related projects, we are using SCRUM which in turn has daily stand up meeting; what was done yesterday, what are you going to do today and what impediments you have.

Using above stand up meeting, the project lead can easily know where the project stands on a daily basis.

MONITOR DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES PLANING  , ORGANINIZING , LEADIND AND CONTROLLING AS WELL

Defne proper work breakdown or define main tasks to sub tasks and update status of lower tasks so that whols task will get update as per it's breaked down lower tasks.
