We can learn to work together now or start looking for a place to learn to work together tomorrow. A matter of learned behavior or indiv commitment?

There’s never been a perfect time or place that comes to one’s wishes or expectations; it is ‘we’ who form a culture to work together which starts with norm and gradually  turns into a policy, procedure or rule etc………..

. 

In order to have a ‘congenial environment to work together’, we will have to take initiative today even now….. as it is a concept… it is a quality…. that starts with ‘WE’…… which helps break ‘glass ceiling’. 

The history has witnessed that persons/entities who are venerable and got fame are the ‘initiators’ or ‘first movers’.  The others who join subsequently are the followers and contributors to sustain that culture.
