What are your experiences working with Curriculum Cycles, designing curriculum and leadership roles related to designing a new curriculum?

I hope everyone agrees for improvement there should be change and a curriculum change is always good and its always good to plan things and than can be done with curriculum cycle when to do what and how much time can be given for it. So a good leader should always have good curriculum to be followed by other and subordinates to achieve success and it makes people discplined, punctual and planned.
