No, But to be involved politely with love.

 when we force the student to learn, they can refused learning so we don't have to force student for learning

Unfortunately it is not possible but you can motivate such a student in various ways.

Yes , MUST be forced but it depends on the proper way , i have to choose way which makes him / her love that subject as he / she don't know what is good or bad till they finish the high school level , before that they don't have the knowledge of choose the correct call, but we all MUST choose the right way to communicate with them.
