Does bravery play a role in the leadership position?

Certainly in need for the courage.

i believe being brave is important,but you should bravely stand for what you believe in.

it is an important aspect in leadership,but a lot of people are bravely standing for the wrong causes or ideas thus causing harm .

being brave can be good and bad,it all depends where we apply bravery.

in wars people or soldies bravely defend their cause whether it is wrong ,bad,or right.

i believe being brave is standing up for the rightfull matters and nor vise versa.

Yes, particularly in Military or Police Services.

Bravery I believe is one good behaviour of an effective Leader. He should lead the team as an example that could stand with his critical decisions. He sholud be brave enough to depend his group or team in times when criticism occurs. He will stand also as the leader of the team in front of their management.

He should be brave also to accept mistakes or else, he will become stupid..
