What is the best way to make the staff in your department to work hard as one team without making their personal problems affect the quality of work?

Daily briefing of all staff is must and understand their problems and try or help to solve the same. Staff meeting n party is best way to make your team strong. motivation n reconagtion is improve the quality of work

Individual assessment is required to know both the personal and employment problem and then after the assessment, allocate time for open discussion both individual and as a group

Professional and personell approach will help solve the problems.

First we have to analyze the volume of work load

Entrusting work to the employee as per the capability

Each and every employee has to be maintained personal register for which he attended the item of work date wise. By maintaining this rigister employee will aware that boss is put eye on him and he will realize what he is doing for this company and is he justifying for his salary.

The Boss should monitor each every employee Personal Registers individually which type of delivery / Quality resulting from the employee.
