Do personal problems affect our Work ethics or should we separate the two?

YES THATS TRUE IMRAN COZ WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND CAN NOT SEPARATE OUR PERSONAL PROBLEMS FROM JOBS ISSUES........ BUT OVER THE YEARS I LEARNT THAT WE MUST NOT CARRY OUR DOMESTIC PROBLEMS AT WORK PLACE, BY THIS OUR JOB WILL BE IN PROBLEM AFTER SOME TIME.......... DOUBLE PROBLEM COZ80% PROBLEMS OF MIDDLE CLASS IS RELATED TO FINANCE.

Yes that's make us human and gives advantage to machine over us. Ideally we should keep business to office and home issues to their respective place but that not gonna work in practical life.
